The Eurovision Song Contest 2017 will start in Kyiv just within two weeks. On May 9, the first semi-final of Eurovision will be held. And on May 13, the name of the winner of Eurovision 2017 will be announced.
All the countries that will take part in the competition have already conducted a national selection and decided who will represent them at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv. After this the ubiquitous bookmakers began to take an interest in the song contest. They carefully studied the participants of the competition and made their conclusions about the chances of different countries to win.

Country: Italy; Odds: 2,5:1.
The main favorite of bookmakers is the 34-year-old Italian singer Francesco Gabbani, who will perform at Eurovision with the song Occidentali's Karma. Gabbani was engaged in music from the very childhood, but success and glory came to him when he became a member of the Trikobalto band in the early 2000s.
In 2010 he left Trikobalto to pursue a solo career. Francesco shockingly decided to quit performing to concentrate on composing when, in 2015, his publisher BMG persuaded him to enter a song for the Newcomers section of Sanremo Festival. His song Amen won and subsequently went Platinum in Italy.
In 2017 Francesco won the main section of Sanremo with Occidentali's Karma, becoming the first artist ever to win in different categories of the Festival in consecutive years.
Gabbani is a singer, lyricist and composer. His compositions are performed by Francesco Rengi and Andriano Celentano. Francesco Gabbani will perform at the final of Eurovision 2017, which will be held on May 13.
Kristian Kostov will be taking part in Eurovision representing Bulgaria after an internal selection process. The 17-year-old singer has already made his mark on the Bulgarian pop scene, having been a finalist on The Voice Kids Russia and runner up in the fourth season of X Factor Bulgaria.
Kristian Kostov will be the youngest participants of Eurovision 2017. He will be singing the song Beautiful Mess, which was composed and written by Borislav Milanov, Joacim Bo Persson and Sebastian Arman.

Robin Bengtsson will represent Sweden in Kyiv with the song I Can't Go On. He won the national selection show Melodifestivalen in Friends Arena in Stockholm.
Robin started playing the guitar at the age of 13, after having played trumpet for years. In 2008, at the age of 17, he entered Swedish Idol and literally blew the judges away with his soulful and mature voice. Everyone agreed that there was something very special about his voice and personality. Since then he has toured with his band, written music, released a couple of singles and gained lots of experience.

Ellie Delvaux was born in 1999 in the Belgian capital of Brussels. At the age of 17 she is one of the youngest competitors in this year's Eurovision Song Contest. Better known as Blanche, the singer was first in the limelight when she competed on The Voice Belgique.
Last year, on November 22, it was announced that Blanche had been internally selected to take part in Eurovision 2017 representing Belgium. Blanche will be performing the song City Lights written by herself and Pierre Dumoulin. The Indie pop track was released to the public on March 8, 2017

Salvador Sobral has been chosen to represent Portugal at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. He was born in 1989 in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon.
The 27-year-old singer competed on the third series of Idolos, Portugal's version of Pop Idol in 2009.
Salvador Sobral entered a national competition to become the artist that would represent Portugal at the Eurovision 2017. He is singing the song Amar Pelos Dios, which was composed and written by his sister Luísa Sobral and is entirely in Portuguese.

Australia will take part in Eurovision for the third time. This time the country will be represented by the young singer Isaiah Firebrace with the song Don't Come Easy.
Isaiah Firebrace was born in 1999 in New South Wales. The talented singer won The X Factor Australia last year, singing Adele's Hello as his first audition song. He released his debut album in December last year which peaked at number 12 in the Australian charts.
Isaiah Firebrace was announced as the Australian contestant on March 7, 2017.

Artsvik Harutyunyan will represent Armenia in Kyiv with the song Fly with Me. She was born in Kapan, Armenia in 1984. As with so many of her Eurovision counterparts she has ditched the last name to be just Artsvik. The singer rose to fame when she competed in the 2013 series of Golos, the Russian version of The Voice.
In order to represent Armenia in the contest Artsvik entered the national selection show Depi Evratesil. The track Fly with Me was composed by Lilith Navasardyan, Levon Navasardyan and the lyrics were written by Avet Barseghyan and David Tserunyan.

Diana Hajiyeva has been chosen to represent Azerbaijan in the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest. She will be performing the song Skeletons.
Diana Hajiyeva, better known by her stage name DiHaj, is an Azeri producer, musician and a singer-song writer. She was born and raised in Azerbaijan and graduated from the Baku Music Academy with a Bachelor's Degree in Choral Conducting.
Soon after graduating she launched DiHaj, a live trio, comprised of two other musicians: Ali on drums and Anar on electric guitar, with Diana on lead vocals.

Lucie Jones will perform an original composition called Never Give Up On You. It was written by The Treatment, Lawrie Martin and Emmelie de Forest (a Danish singer-songwriter who herself won Eurovision in 2013).
The 25-year old singer and actress Lucie Jones comes from Pentyrch, a village on the outskirts of Cardiff. After appearing in the 2009 series of The X Factor, Lucie was signed by Sony music label and the Select model agency. An album failed to materialize but she went on to forge a career in music.
The UK automatically qualifies for the final of the Eurovision Song Contest, which takes place on May 13.

Ilinca and Alex Florea entered a national competition to become the artist that would represent Romania in this year's Eurovision contest with the song Yodel It!
Ilinca Bacila, an 18-year-old Romanian singer, rose to fame after competing on the fourth season of Vocea Romaniei, the Romanian version of The Voice. The pretty young singer is well known for her unique yodelling.
She teamed up with Romanian signer Alex Florea, 25, who also competed in the Romanian Voice, to take part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017.
